Mr. Whitlock was born on April 3, 1929 and passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2010.

Mr. Whitlock was last known to be living in Fayetteville, Georgia.

He is survived by his wife Edna.

Funeral services will be held Friday, February 5, 2010 at 2 o�clock in the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home with Minister Keith Davenport officiating. Interment will follow at Holly Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Parrott Funeral Home and Crematory in Fairburn, 770-964-4800.
