Mrs. Erna Katherine Haripar, age 87, of McDonough, GA, formerly of Tucson, AZ passed away November 17, 2009. Mrs. Haripar was born in Wicker, Germany. Her husband of 51 years, George Emil Haripar preceded her in death in 1999. Mrs. Haripar was a devoted wife and mother who enjoyed shopping, cooking, sewing, and traveling. She attended St. James Catholic Church in McDonough. Survivors are her children, Kurt and Betty Haripar of McDonough and Barbara Vanatta of Cheyenne, WY; grandchildren, Kenneth and Jennifer Haripar of High Falls, GA, Cole Rogers of CA, Caitlin Rogers of CO, Kirstin Vanatta and Laura Vanatta of Wy; 2 great grandchildren; sister, Inge Heuck of Germany and 1 nephew.
